Mediation is where it’s at!

It’s not just about sitting in a weird pose and fighting off any thoughts that try to sneak in..

Some people meditate through playing an instrument, taking a walk, painting, coloring, journaling, driving, listening to music, even cleaning.

My favorite way to meditate is by repeating a positive affirmation while laying still and listening to calming music. It helped me release my fear of flying and so much more. Meditation works.
