How To Have It All

Stop believing the lies that you have to choose what you get to have.

You can be a good mom and do fulfilling work.

You can have a hot marriage and also take good care of yourself and have meaningful friendships.

You can eat right and exercise and have a clean house.

You can have money and lots of free time.

You can have it ALL.

Start by getting clear on what you want, and what you don’t want. If you could design your dream life, what would it look like? Decide to make room for the things you want. Identify time suckers throughout your day and begin to slowly eliminate them. Things like scrolling social media, getting caught up in gossip, or saying yes to functions when you really want to say no.

Give yourself permission to rest. Rest your body and your brain at least a couple times through out the day. Practice siting with yourself in quiet for a couple minutes at a time and then work your way up to 5 – 10 minutes once to twice a day.

Daydream a little. Think about (maybe even write down) what an absolute perfect day would look like. How about a perfect week, month, year?

Feel yourself there, likes its happening already.

See it, talk about it, write about it. Become obsessed with it. Pretty soon you will notice clues about how to have it. Take action.

Expect that you will find proof that it’s all happening for you.

Most importantly stop believing the lies that you have to choose. That you have to sacrifice one desire for another.

The truth is you can have it all.
