Most (if not all) physicals aliments can be traced back to an emotion that you experienced and buried.
We often bury emotions because if they are negative and they don’t feel good, we instinctively find ways to avoid them and numb them. We numb them with substances like alcohol, over scheduling and staying busy, watching TV, mindlessly scrolling social media, venting and gossiping, and many other ways.
But numbing emotions just pushes them in deeper. And with time we experience the physical effects of these emotions.
We also open ourselves up to being easily triggered over and over and can repeat the patterns of these cycles of emotions for an entire lifetime.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. You can implement a practice of releasing emotions so they don’t keep resurfacing and repeating themselves.
