Us humans, we have so much power. More than we realize many times.
We oftentimes fall into routine and status quo and we go into autopilot.
Remember, if there is something you do not like that’s going on around you, you can actually move!
Move to a different thought, move to a different room, or even a different city. Even when it feels like you have no choice, you always do.
